Layne Hartnell, PA-C, CAQ-Psych, earned her master’s degree from West Virginia University and is a board-certified psychiatric physician assistant with a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Psychiatry. Hartnell is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care and creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard and empowered.
